Mind Matters, P.C. patients are seen by appointment only. We will do our best to schedule a time that is convenient for you. When you schedule an appointment with one of our clinicians, this time is reserved for you, and in order to provide the highest standard of care, it is essential for all patients to attend and arrive on time for all scheduled appointments.
If you cannot keep your appointment, we require notification at least 24 business hours prior to the scheduled start time of your appointment, in order to avoid being charged a missed appointment fee. This allows the Front Desk staff the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another patient.
