Imagination Yoga for Kids: Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

Join Claire E. Bemis for an 8-week children's yoga group designed to encourage self-calm in stressful situations, improve body awareness, physical confidence and self-respect, increase attention span, focus, balance and motor coordination, and practice helpful breathing and relaxation techniques. 

SESSION DATES: May 18th - July 6th

Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 - 4:30 PM
