Introduction to Mindfulness

Join Claire Bemis, Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Registered Yoga Instructor, for a series of 7 classes designed to teach the fundamentals of mindfulness, and the basics of meditation and mindful movement. Participants will learn techniques that support active choice, conscious responding, increased awareness, and a heightened appreciation for enjoying the present moment, rather than reacting to thoughts and emotions.
