Late 2025, Mind Matters, PC will be moving to a single office location. We are so excited to offer greater collaboration across our providers with this new, easily accessible location in the Nimbus Corporate Center in Beaverton.  In person and telehealth appointments will continue to be available after the move. 

Until our move, we will continue to offer appointments at both of our current locations.
