Fees and Payments

While many insurance companies reimburse for mental health services, payment of the bill is the responsibility of the patient or the patient’s financial guarantor. Copayments and co-insurance are due at the time of each visit. If we are not billing your insurance company, payment is due in full at the time of your office visit unless other arrangements have been made.

Checks for balances may be mailed to Mind Matters P.C., 10690 N.E. Cornell Rd. Suite # 315, Hillsboro, OR 97124. We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard debit and credit cards. We do not accept American Express at this time. Click on the link below to make an online payment:
